    Alquería de Morayma Rules
    1. To confirm the reservation, a transfer of the price of the first night must be made and
      the receipt sent to [email protected].
    2. Check-in time starts at 4:00 PM.
    3. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
    4. The cancellation policy is as follows:
      1. Up to 72 hours before check-in: Deposit is refunded.
      2. Within 72 hours: Deposit is non-refundable.
      3. For booking individual rooms for weddings, baptisms, celebrations, etc. with more
      than 20 people, the cancellation period is extended to 15 days.

    6. According to current regulations, smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and in shared areas, except in designated smoking areas.
    7. The guest will be responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
    8. The pool is open from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM, without a lifeguard. Its use is the exclusive responsibility of the guests. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or guardians. It is prohibited to take towels from the rooms; if pool towels are needed, they are available at the reception, please request them.
    9. HOTEL ALQUERÍA DE MORAYMA is not responsible for lost money or belongings.
    10. When making the transfer, Alquería de Morayma does not cover currency exchange fees, and we require payment to be made in euros. For this purpose, it is necessary to select the ‘sender pays charges’ option and not the ‘shared charges’ option, and to pay in euros when making the transfer. Thank you very much.
