The rich farmland that surrounds the hamlet of Narila can be seen from the patio. A wall picture made of tiles called “Cultivation in the farmland of Narila” is the principal decoration.  A variety of  ‘natural’  shades are used throughout; on walls and in the decoration of cupboards, shelves, mantelpieces, mirrors, and latticed screens all made from a variety of mature timbers reworked from antique doors and window frames. The bed head,  upholstery and archways are  coloured a  prettily contrasting sky blue.
