Under the arcade at the entrance to the main building we find the the old winery where we used to make our wines. We have converted this space into a private dining room: keeping all the barrels and casks, old fashioned equipment and ‘lagar’ where we used to tread the grapes . The aroma of cured ham, grape pressings and virgin olive oil still linger to whet the appetite.
